Mila-wall 160 series
The Mila-wall 160 series is the stable modular wall system for demanding presentations. The modules connect securely, look calm and seamless and are suitable for longer runs as well as heavy-duty hanging. The series offers a wall thickness of 60 millimetres, a tongue-and-groove hanging technique with a precise fit and an invisible all-round edge protection.

The 160 series is intended for projects that call for stability and a very clean look. Teams use the series in museums, galleries, exhibition stand construction and at events when longer free-standing runs, taller structures or demanding hanging are to be realised.

Modules and dimensions
The 160 series offers modules in common heights and widths. This allows spaces to be planned precisely and set up reliably.

Connections and edge protection
The tongue-and-groove hanging technique brings the elements together securely. Concealed connectors create even joint patterns. The all-round edge protection remains invisible and protects the visible edges during use and transport. Corners, niches and lines can be produced with repeatable accuracy.

Hanging is planned for each specific project. The permissible loads depend on the module, connection and assembly.

Tall structures and supporting frameworks
Depending on the configuration, the 160 series can reach a height of up to 6 m when stacked. For multi-storey concepts, connection to two-storey supporting structures is possible. Adapters, connections and feed-throughs are planned and documented for each specific project. Please note the requirements for structural engineering, supports and surface loads.

Assembly takes place in a few clear steps. A short briefing is usually sufficient. Teams move elements as needed and readjust them.

The 160 series is designed for greater stability and is suitable for longer runs and more demanding hanging. The 100 series is lighter and optimised for very fast conversions.
How high can you build with the 160 series?
Depending on configuration, connection and structural verification, heights of up to 6 m are possible. For taller structures or special situations, connection to two-storey supporting structures is provided for. Can monitors and LEDs be integrated?
Yes. Suitable holders, built-in parts and feed-throughs are available. Cables can be routed within the frame. Planning is carried out for each specific project.
Are the walls free-standing?
90-degree corners provide stable footing. For long straight runs without a corner, additional holders are available. You can find information in the data sheet.
