Our values
We want not only to help our partners and customers to valuable physical spaces, but also to create valuable spaces to work and live in for our team – whether in Reutlingen or at our international locations. Especially in a fast-changing and therefore unsettling time, it is important for us to provide orientation and support, to demonstrate values and attitude and also to strengthen them. On our way, we have therefore developed a value statement together for and with our constantly growing team as the cornerstone of our daily thinking and acting, and we live it – also outside work. In doing so, we show and accept emotional behaviour, encourage and support the individual development of our employees and colleagues and live a togetherness based on this.
