Institut Dr. Foerster is a world leader in non-destructive materials testing. We present the company’s new, modular trade fair concept.

The idea: The contemporary and flexibly constructed new trade fair stand combines all important aspects such as branding, optimal product presentation, visitor care and consulting on a compact area. The front part of the structure serves as a stage for product presentation, while the comfort area for customer care is located in the background.

The execution: The eye immediately perceives the structure as a whole. The platform floor and the distinctive roof system form the horizontals, while the wall panels arranged upright between them connect the floor with the ceiling as verticals. The wall panels are variable in height and can be fitted with different surfaces, graphic and media components, as can the interior and exterior walls of the trade fair stand. The rooms are carpeted; the floor in the exhibit area is designed as a system platform with reusable floor panels. The ceiling, which is also systematised, makes it possible to realise all the necessary lighting concepts.

Variations: The architectural concept with its modular construction and reusable components is particularly well suited to adapting to different trade fair venues and stand sizes. In recent years, stand areas of 60 to 200 square metres have been realised with this concept.

Mila-wall wall modules with a horizontal cassette look and a height of four metres are used, as well as wall modules with integrated LED technology. The surfaces are covered with surface foils in an elegant metallic look, and the floor coverings are made of stainless steel.
